March 28, 2020 - Effective Immediately - Novak Park & Rogiers Park will be closed until further notice.  In an effort to encourage the public to adhere to "Stay Home, Work Safe" the parks in Balcones Heights will be closed for the safety of the community.  

 

Rogiers Park - located at 209 Pleasant Drive, Balcones Heights, Texas 78201

Rogiers Park is located in the heart of the residential district of the City, encompassing 2.4649 acres.  There are three playscapes, a skateboard park, basketball court, picnic tables, and pavilion.  The pavilion may be reserved for a fee by contacting City Secretary Delia R. Sanchez at 210.957.3542 or dsanchez@bhtx.gov

This park is dedicated in memory of Balcones Heights Deputy Marshal Richard Scott "Scotty" Rogiers who was killed in the line-of-duty.  For more information, click here.
