The City of Balcones Heights partners, through a mutual-aid agreement, with Acadian Ambulance Services of Texas, LLC to provide transport and first-aid assistance to businesses, employees and residents. At no cost to the city, Acadian provides a non-dedicated, high priority paramedic ambulance (EMS) on a twenty-four hour, seven days per week basis for areas inside the city limits.
