The Communications/Dispatch Center is the first line of communications for citizens seeking emergency and non-emergency service responses to a variety of police, fire, and medical calls for service from citizens of Balcones Heights. Communications Center is a 9-1-1 primary answering point and operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 210-957-3170.
